Notes About Commissions
– Especially for time-sensitive order, PLEASE BE PROMPT IN REPLYING TO MY QUESTIONS. If I do not hear back from you, in some case I cannot move along further until I do. This may result in a delay of delivery, additional fee due to the order becoming a rush order, or discontinuing of the order (deposit nonrefundable). Please be aware. Whether it be FB message or email, once the commission is open, please keep an eye for messages from me.
-Deposit (first payment) is non-refundable unless I have to terminate the commission. This will rarely happen, but I will make sure to explain if anything does.
The process goes as follows :
1) Contact me for quotes and how you would like the piece.
2) You send me references and make a down payment
3) I start upon receipt of down payment
4) I will send you work in progress roughs via email. Any tweaks and alterations should be mentioned at this stage.
5) Once you approve the rough sketch, I will finalize it. At this point, further revision and design changes cannot be made. If they are revisions I can possibly make, it may mean an additional fee of $10~ and additional time until completion.
6) Once the piece is done, I will send you a low-resolution version to you
7) Once THAT is approved, you send me the other half of the payment (tip appreciated if you really like it!) Shipping and handling will be applied to a piece that needs shipping. This will be discussed before I start the roughs so there will be no surprise.
8) Upon receipt of the second payment, I send you the high-resolution image or the actual piece via mail.
-I do take international orders, but it will have to be digital, or the final product must be the scanned version of your analog piece.
-Depending on the timeline, rush fee may apply. Usually not, but please be mindful of the timing. I am a mostly full time working mother of 2.
