Baking : Rainbow Macaron Challenge Continues

Was it the new recipe? The stand mixer? Luck? One sheet was a fail but one sheet turned out AMAZING. The new recipe dried up so much faster, I swear I played with the kid for few minutes and found the thickest skin I had ever seen.
