Big bow hair tie. 
Made it because I wanted to see my daughter (7yo) wearing it. The results were satisfying. 
Should the elastic eventually fail, it is not hard to replace it with a straight elastic. Please feel free to contact me for direction should this happen. 
Can be washed, but drying should be done carefully to maintain shape. I would spot clean as necessary.
