After making the big bow for my older kid, I just had to make something for my younger (3 years old) since she didn’t have enough hair for the other one. 
This is smaller, great for younger kid pigtails, or for older kids and person who want it a bit more discrete.  The bow is roughly 4" wide.
Should the elastic eventually fail, it is not hard to replace it with a straight elastic. Please feel free to contact me for direction should this happen. 
Can be washed, but drying should be done carefully to maintain shape. I would spot clean as necessary.
