This is where I bring Japan into my store! Yuzu is a citrus we often see in japan, which sort of looks like a lemon but shaped more like a bumpy tangerine. I have infused this flavor into a white chocolate ganache filling for a very refreshing flavor. It's not quite lemon, it's not really lime. I personally would discribe it as a lemon-y orange, but give this a try to find out (and help me discrbibe this flavor better! Hahahaha).
