Service Description
Please pick the day and time you would like to pick up from the available slots. If you pass the 15 minutes window, you may be charged a late fee, so if you need to change the time, please make sure to let me know or switch out your appointment. Thank you! "I'm on your way" message is appreciated but not necessary if on time. AZURE may not be available, but if there is a slot, somebody will be there to fulfill the transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Since I am a small business owner with kids to take care of, I will be in and out of the store at different time of the days. Please make sure to show up at the appointment, otherwise fee may occur or I may just not be available anymore for one reason or another, and cannot keep on waiting, and need to reschedule. I am flexible most of the time, but I want to make sure I am available for you.
